Call or leave a message if there is an important letter on the mail.
As a basic rule of coexistence and professionalism, it is very important that when we have something serious to communicate to call the tenant. Let them know that we are sending them an important letter. As soon as they get it if they have questions to call us to see the details of it and see what options are ahead.
When we have good communication, back and forward, with our tenants, the chances of having a happy customer is very important. Let’s remember that this tenant is a client of ours. They are the ones who pays the mortgage of our main client, the landlord, who owns the property and is the one who pays our invoice every month.
Another important point is that if we maintain an open, sincere and professional dialogue our tenants, the potential that they will stay in the property and renew their contract increases enormously, saving the owners many thousands of dollars every year.
